For some time it has been recognized that many consumers enjoy the taste experience of drinking alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine, but for health or other reasons prefer to reduce their alcohol intake. As an alternative to a full-strength wine, wines with a reduced alcohol content offer a number of potential health and social benefits for consumers.

To meet these people we've established D'Alcante, having it's corporate seat in the Netherlands. Our main focus is to develop a product which is able to reduce the alcohol, calories and sulphites in beverages, without losing aroma's or taste.
